Rules and Regulations

1. Please "Like" BerryHappy Photography on Facebook to enter the contest.

2. Contest opens on 1 October 2010. Submit only ONE photo per child. You can submit photos of more than 1 child, however, each family can only win 1 prize.
You can only submit photo of your own child. It must be a recent photo taken in 2010. Age of child is 12 years old or less.

3. Email your photo to SokEng@BerryHappy.com with "BerryHappy Kids Photo Contest 2010" in the subject and include your name, your child's name and age.

4. We'll add your photo to the "BerryHappy Kids Photo Contest 2010" album on the page within 48 hours, add your child's name and age in the caption, and send you an email. Please proceed to tag yourself in your photo.

5. Public can vote for the Happiest Kid by clicking "Like" BerryHappy Photography on Facebook and clicking on "Like" under each photo. Each voter can only vote once per child, but is able to vote for more than one child.

6. The child with the highest number of votes ("Likes") wins. Contest closes on 25th December 2010, 12 midnight. Results will be announced on 26th December 2010.

**Failure to adhere to the Rules & Regulation may result in disqualification**

Terms and Conditions

1. This contest is open to everyone who "Like" BerryHappy Photography on Facebook. Prizes must be redeemed in Singapore, taken as provided and are neither transferrable nor exchangeable for cash. BerryHappy Photography reserved the right to substitute the prizes with things / services of a similar value.

2. Upon submission of your entry, you are deemed to have agreed that BerryHappy Photography can use, archive and distribute the data provided by you in a manner we deem fit, without reference to you.

3. In the event that the eventual photo contest’s winner is not able to redeem the voucher in Singapore, BerryHappy Photography reserves the right to replace the winner by the next eligible highest voted child.

4. BerryHappy Photography's decision shall be final, should there be any dispute.
